TRANSACTIONS OF GHS 5.00 AND BELOW:
Dear customer, due to charges incurred by us with our payment service provider, we DO NOT REFUND amounts of Ghs 5.00 and below if a transaction fails. This is because charges are deducted from the amount by our payment service provider thereby reducing the amount initially paid by the customer before reaching us. Origgin therefore cannot refund the same amount back to the customer as this will account for losses on us. Thank you.
REFUND WITHOUT CONVENIENCE FEE:
Dear customer, due to charges incurred by us with our payment service provider, we DO NOT REFUND the exact amount paid for a transaction. Origgin charges a convenience fee per transaction and will refund your money minus this convenience fee. This is because charges incurred with our payment service provider is deducted from these convenience fees. E.g. A transaction of Ghs 100.00 credit will attract a convenience fee of Ghs 5.00. In a failed transaction, Ghs 100.00 ONLY is refunded to the customer while all other charges is borne on the Ghs 5.00. Thank you.
